Freddy Vs Jason
So i expected a lot from this movie but to be honest ultimately i thought i was going to be disappointed. Boy did I ever make a mistake (Ok I mkae a few!) This movie absolutely kicked me in the ass! The most fun I've had in a long time (It's tough when your single!) Imagine your favourite Freddy film, your favourite Friday film slapped together with more thrills, chills , laughs and mucho more gore than you can shake your film censorship document at! What impressed me the most was the way the movie balanced the comedy so well never once turining the movie into "too much" of a ridiculous slapstick. Also I dug Ken Kerzinger as Jason and felt he lived up to Kane Hodder (part 7, 8, JGTH, JX). The guy does brutal extremely well. And I mean brutal!
1 hour and 30 minutes of pure blood-letting, gut-spilling excitement. Ok so there aren't going to be any Oscars in the Best Actor category (In fact there should be a Worst Actor category but the emphasis of this movie is fun, and boy is it!Obviously the critics are slamming this movie but they wouldn't know "fun" if it slapped them around the face. They can go suck a lemon while watching Citizen Kane over and over.

Some call it a Halloween rip-off, some call it better than Halloween. I don't personally think this but it does still remain one of THE definitive slashers!

The continuing story about teenagers being killed one by one at a camp site but this time its some dude who wears a burlap sack on his head. Cool stuff!

The dude from Part 2 isn't dead and he goes after another load of weed smoking teenagers and this time finds himself some new head gear. ALL HAIL THE HOCKEY MASK! This franchise still has it!

A perfect way to have ended the Friday series. This outing is my personal favourite and was a great cap off to a cool, highly watchable group of films!

Friday the 13th Part 6: Jason Lives
A decent sequel although doesnt feel entirely unneccesary as our good friend Jason comes back to life as a relentless weapon weilding zombie. Freaking good fun this film and some of the best kills of the series.

Friday the 13th Part 7: The New Blood
In my view a tad better than Part 6 although im not sure I was entirely on board with the whole telekinesis idea. Anyway Jason is very creepy and demonic in this movie and looks downrigh scary without his mask on!

Friday the 13th Part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan
One of the two rather awful sequels to the Friday series. Here Jason stops off in New York in pursuit of his posing teenage kills. Now he also comes equipped with the power to teleport. Wow they really found a way to screw this up. Still worth watching just for the blood letting!
